What we’ll cover
This is an interactive, physical training session, not just a ‘sit and watch’. We’ll cover:
Time in the “Hot Seat” – live 1-1 coaching with me inside the group. We will get a baseline for how you’re currently coming across and adjust your delivery in real-time so you can see the instant transformation.
Exercises to help you uncover your ‘Secret Sauce’ – the personality traits you have naturally, and which ones to turn up.
Practice there and then in the group with feedback you can use immediately.
Individual work on whichever areas are holding you back – it could be your vocal tone, rate of speech, energy level, wardrobe and presentation or even something as easy to fix as lighting. No two people are the same, which is why 1-1 attention is so helpful.

1. Can I really learn this online?
Yes, better than you’d think. You’ll be practising live (we use Google Meet) while I coach you in real time. It’s on-camera training delivered on camera.
2. What if I don’t have fancy gear?
Perfect – that’s the point. All you need is your phone and a laptop and a quiet place to join the meeting. I’ll show you how to look professional with what you’ve already got, and exactly what’s worth buying (and what isn’t).
3. What if I’m terrified of being on camera?
You’re in the right place, with five other people who feel exactly the same. We start with confidence and mindset, and by the end you’ll have filmed something you’re proud of.
4. How many people are in each session?
Never more than six. This is small-group coaching with individual attention.
